Lost or expired download links can be reissued by contacting support

Production typically takes 5-10 business days before dispatch

5.2 Shipping Costs & International Orders

5.3 Damaged or Defective Items

No returns for change of mind: All physical products are custom-made or curated to order
Colour variations: Slight differences between screen display and printed products are normal and not grounds for refund

Subscription products involve recurring charges at intervals specified during purchase (monthly, annually, etc.). By subscribing, you authorise automatic renewal and billing until cancelled.
6.2 Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
Access continues until the end of the paid period
